El H. Ayuntamiento de Ciudad Valles, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Agropecuario, que dirige Juana Infante Tovar, llev\u00f3 a cabo con excelente participaci\u00f3n el Curso de Reposter\u00eda Fina y Elaboraci\u00f3n de Postres para un total de 35 familias y habitantes del Ejido La Estribera, La Perla y Casas Viejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La capacitaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de septiembre, y se ense\u00f1\u00f3 sobre la preparaci\u00f3n de Flan Napolitano, Gelatina de Zanahoria, Gelatina Mosaico, Chiskey, Chocoflan y Carlota. La entrega de insumos y materia prima se entreg\u00f3 sin costo alguno para los asistentes, garantizando un proceso formativo completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
