San Luis Potos\u00ed.- El Pleno del Consejo Estatal Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (CEEPAC), declar\u00f3 v\u00e1lida la elecci\u00f3n de Diputados por el Principio de Mayor\u00eda Relativa, as\u00ed como la asignaci\u00f3n de Diputados por el principio de Representaci\u00f3n Proporcional, mismos que integrar\u00e1n la LXII Legislatura del H. Congreso del Estado para el Per\u00edodo Constitucional comprendido del 14 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2018 al 13 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n

El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n en sesi\u00f3n plenaria celebrada la noche del jueves, confirm\u00f3 la asignaci\u00f3n de Diputados por el principio de representaci\u00f3n proporcional qfue hab\u00eda realizado inicialmente el Organismo Electoral. La presidenta del Organismo electoral Laura Elena Fonseca Leal, dio lectura al documento de validez de la elecci\u00f3n, por lo que se declar\u00f3 que son Diputados electos para el periodo comprendido del 14 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2018 al 13 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2021, los siguientes ciudadanos:<\/p>\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n, el consejero electoral Mart\u00edn Faz Mora destac\u00f3 que los tribunales avalaron el trabajo realizado por el Consejo Estatal Electoral en el caso de la asignaci\u00f3n de representaci\u00f3n proporcional.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el consejero Edmundo Fuentes Castro mencion\u00f3 que con la validez de la elecci\u00f3n de diputados concluye la jornada electoral para el caso de esta elecci\u00f3n. Hizo un reconocimiento a la ciudadan\u00eda en general porque se pudo llevar a cabo un proceso en paz. A los integrantes de los organismos electorales en los distritos y al equipo de trabajo del CEEPAC les reconoci\u00f3 su profesionalismo y entrega.<\/p>\n
