{"id":4290,"date":"2013-08-13T13:54:41","date_gmt":"2013-08-13T19:54:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amanecerhuasteco.com\/portal\/2013\/08\/13\/instruye-gobernador-del-estado-se-investigue-a-fondo-causa-del-fallecimiento-de-detenido\/"},"modified":"2013-08-13T13:54:41","modified_gmt":"2013-08-13T19:54:41","slug":"instruye-gobernador-del-estado-se-investigue-a-fondo-causa-del-fallecimiento-de-detenido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amanecerhuasteco.com\/portal\/instruye-gobernador-del-estado-se-investigue-a-fondo-causa-del-fallecimiento-de-detenido\/","title":{"rendered":"INSTRUYE GOBERNADOR DEL ESTADO SE INVESTIGUE A FONDO CAUSA DEL FALLECIMIENTO DE DETENIDO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"><strong>* Se investigar\u00e1 hasta el total esclarecimiento.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">El gobernador del Estado, doctor Fernando Toranzo Fern\u00e1ndez, instruy\u00f3 al Procurador General de Justicia del Estado, Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda Covarrubias, para que se investigue a fondo la muerte de un detenido en las instalaciones de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">El \u00a0mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se debe esclarecer la causa de la muerte del C. \u00c1ngel Javier Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez, ocurrida despu\u00e9s de su detenci\u00f3n y \u00a0cuando esperaba pasar con el m\u00e9dico legista para posteriormente ser ingresado a las celdas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Esta muerte debe de quedar totalmente esclarecida, y en caso de haber responsabilidad de parte de alg\u00fan servidor p\u00fablico, deber\u00e1 ser castigado conforme a derecho, indic\u00f3 el Jefe del Ejecutivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Se orden\u00f3 al titular de la Procuradur\u00eda a dar seguimiento puntual a la averiguaci\u00f3n previa correspondiente para la investigaci\u00f3n de los hechos, hasta su total esclarecimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* Se investigar\u00e1 hasta el total esclarecimiento.
